Acceptable use

Scope

This acceptable use policy sets out what is and is not acceptable on the Scalerify platform, its API connections and its reports. By using the Services you agree to it; it forms part of our terms of service.

What is prohibited

You may not use Scalerify to:

• Scrape listing data, Scalerify Scores or our interfaces with bots, spiders or unauthorized automated scripts.
• Decompile or reverse-engineer the Scalerify Score, our AI agents or our reconciliation models, or otherwise try to discover their source code.
• Modify, forge or alter a Scalerify Verified report or the data behind it in order to mislead a buyer, a lender or a broker.
• Bypass a security mechanism, reach seller data you are not entitled to, or connect SP-API credentials for an Amazon account you do not own or are not authorized to represent.

System integrity

You must not transmit a virus, malware or any code that could compromise our infrastructure or disrupt our API integrations.

Enforcement

We monitor usage for compliance with this policy. A breach may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your access, revocation of active reports, and legal action under Delaware and Florida law.
