For buyers
An Amazon FBA due diligence report in 48 hours, before exclusivity.
Scalerify is an Amazon FBA due diligence service for buyers. Start with a free Red Flag Scan of any listing. A Deal-Killer Report is delivered in 48 hours from complete data: the seller’s P&L rebuilt from Amazon’s payout records and matched to the bank, a Score from 0 to 100, a graded risk register and the 1.25x coverage finding.
Why before exclusivity?
Most broken deals don’t die at the bank. They die on what diligence finds: earnings that don’t hold, revenue concentrated in one listing, assets the seller does not own. A broken deal spends two to three months under exclusivity first.
Can the deal pass the 1.25x test?
Under SBA SOP 50 10 8.1, effective October 1, 2026, an initial acquisition needs 1.25x debt service coverage on historical earnings, and at least 10% equity that cannot be waived. Projections cannot be used to meet the coverage test.
The report states whether verified historical earnings meet that floor, as a finding, before a lender runs the same test. Try your own numbers in the DSCR calculator.
What you get
- The P&L rebuilt from Amazon’s payout records and matched to the bank to the cent.
- A Score from 0 to 100 across six pillars.
- A risk register: every finding graded fatal, priceable or fixable.
- Debt service coverage at 1.25x on verified historical earnings, stated as a finding.
- A file prepared by an Amazon operator.

What it costs
The Red Flag Scan is free. A Deal-Killer Report is $2,500 for asking prices under $1M and $3,900 from $1M to $3M; the first three clients pay $1,500 in exchange for a named case study. 48 hours from complete data, or it’s free. If the report surfaces nothing that changes your decision or your negotiation, you get a full refund.
What it is not
It is not an audit, a quality of earnings report, a valuation, investment advice or a commitment to lend. Scalerify does not lend or arrange financing. At a purchase price of $3 million or more, the SBA requires a quality of earnings report regardless.
