What the report is

A Scalerify report is an information product, prepared for the party that commissioned it. The metrics, the Scalerify Score and the risk register are for informational and preliminary diligence purposes.

What the report is not

Scalerify Management LLC is a technology platform. We are not a certified public accounting firm, a registered broker-dealer, or a law firm.

• It is not an audit.
• It is not a fairness opinion.
• It is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
• It does not constitute an offer of financing or a commitment to lend. Scalerify does not lend and does not arrange financing. Financing decisions belong to lenders.

Financing and deal outcomes

We verify source data and state findings, including debt service coverage at 1.25x on verified historical earnings. The decision to underwrite or to fund rests entirely with third-party lenders and investors. We make no representation that a brand will sell, that a buyer will acquire it, or that a lender will approve financing.

Where the figures come from

Figures derive from data supplied by the seller and by Amazon, and from the corresponding bank settlements. They are not independently verified beyond the reconciliations described in the report.

We do not physically audit inventory, we do not independently verify off-platform supplier disputes, and we do not warrant future performance. Amazon may suspend or terminate a seller account at its own discretion: a high Scalerify Score does not immunize a brand against future platform enforcement.

Use of artificial intelligence

Scalerify uses algorithmic parsing and AI agents to process large volumes of storefront data. Every report is prepared by an Amazon operator, but automated aggregation carries a margin of error. Brokers, buyers, sellers and lenders are each expected to run their own diligence before signing anything binding.
