How do you choose a broker for an Amazon business?
The entries above give you the facts to compare. Six of them matter most.
- Deal size. Check the firm’s published range or minimum against your business. Some firms set the floor on annual net profit or revenue rather than on the sale price.
- Amazon focus. “Primary” marks firms whose main market is Amazon businesses; “Yes” marks firms that handle them among other online businesses.
- Fee model. Success fee with no upfront fee, published plans and packages, or fees not published. Get the terms in writing.
- Exclusivity. Ask whether the agreement requires exclusivity, and for how long. Not every firm requires it.
- Capacity. Ask how many listings the firm runs at once. Some limit their active listings.
- Preparation. Some firms offer an exit preparation program that starts months before the sale. Ask what it covers and what it costs.

-
What deal size do Amazon brokers take?

-
How is this directory maintained?
A firm is listed only when its own materials, or an interview it gave, show it sells Amazon or e-commerce businesses, with US relevance and activity since 2025. Fees, deal sizes and locations appear only as the firm publishes them. Order is alphabetical, no firm pays to be listed, and firms are not scored or ranked. Entries were last verified on October 10, 2026.
